Gypsy
Gypsy in the old tongue of the Romany means wanderers. Having long ago chosen to put their people before material possessions they honor only one thing, the family. There are clans of gypsy in many lands all of them seeking the warmth of the campfires.
The life of a gypsy is not easy. We are a free and wild people that outsiders do not easily understand. This makes us the perfect scapegoats for outsiders. We are accused of atrocities ranging from the theft of bread and children to causing the plague through ancient curses and evil rituals. Often hunted by local law for crimes we did not commit
If you feel your blood stir at the sight of the campfires or your heart sing with the gypsy music that can sometimes be heard drifting through the city streets, these are some signs that the blood of the Romany may run in your veins.
