The Life of Smeeg: A Documentary

The documentary shows the daily life of a common pickpocket who has taken up residence in the city of Visegrad. No Smeegs were hurt in the making of this history.

Greetings! I, Jackel, safari expert, have taken it upon myself to study the curious pickpocket - Smeeg. As you can see he is only now awakening from his nap in this lovely heap of garbage which he calls home. Is that a yawn...? Oh my, this is the first sign of activity we've seen from this strange entity! Already he has begun what appears to be a ritual of some sort. Here he stands, his fists pointed into the sky as a strange sound escapes him, somewhat sounding like a groan. Now I believe he is grooming himself - scratching in various places and scooping something from his ear....we have just witnessed the average morning of the elusive Smeeg.

Here we see Smeeg using his natural survival abilities...he watches his prey carefully...slowly moving from shadow to shadow...an evil glint in his eyes as his dagger rises...with a quick flick the blade slices...and coins spill across the floor. Scrambling he picks them up before the guard notices his purse has been cut, the sly devil. He also has begun another strange ritual...odd gasps of air as if he were shouting, 'Wood!' over and over again...

-sighs- This is the sadder part of a day in the life of Smeeg, surviving attacks made by his predators, the "charmers". These "charmers" use Smeeg as a means of a sort of marker. They charm him against his will and leave him in odd places, dark tunnels, caves, and castles, so that they can use him as a component in the "portal" spell. Watch carefully as he dodges these "charmers" with such grace and ease...OW! That has -got- to hurt!! Now we watch with tears in our eyes as Smeeg is forced into a magical gate never to be seen by his family or friends again...oh well, I wonder if Aziz is free....
