Inactivity

Inactive player files (pfiles) are periodically deleted. So that you are not caught unaware, please understand our system for deleting the inactive files.

At least once a month, sometimes more often, we run a backup programme. This programme not only backs up the game and the pfiles, but also deletes inactive pfiles. An inactive player file is defined as one that meets any of the following three criteria:

1. A player that is under level 12, and has not logged on for 20 days or more
2. A player that is at or over level 12, but under level 30, and has not logged on for 30 days or more.
3. A player that is at or over level 30, but under level 50, and has not logged on for 45 days or more.

Pfiles of characters that have reached level 50 are intentionally excluded from these criteria. They will never be deleted for inactivity.

This system gives you a fair bit of leeway to be inactive, depending on what's happening in your life. If you know that you will be away for a duration that will result in your characters getting deleted, speak with an ADMIN or IMP before you become inactive and they will take the required action, if applicable.

There will be no restorations or reimbursements outside the scope of these guidelines.
